Canada’s Immigration Programs

Immigration programs can bring a happy individual plus his or her family settle in beautiful Canada

Canada is set to continue the robust economic growth the country has experienced in the past by welcoming more new immigrants. For this reason, the country has developed a highly diverse and flexible list of immigration programs.

The U.S. News World Report 2020 survey shows that Canada has now been recognized as the number one country in the world for quality of life. It has a stable political system, a secure banking system and a clean environment. The public health system and the public education system are in good shapes which sit on top of North America. What is more, Toronto, the largest city in Canada, has established itself as one of the top-five tech hubs in North America. In short, Canada is an excellent country to move to, work and study. The department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has set a target of 341,000 admissions in 2020 under the various immigration programs. With more than 80 immigration options available for prospective newcomers, IRCC expects to see an annual growth of 10% for the new admission target in the coming three years.

One can immigrate to Canada through the following four most popular immigration routes: (1) immigrate as a business immigrant; (2) immigrate as a skilled immigrant; (3) immigrate as a family member; (4) immigrate as an international student.
